1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the J90 website and application (the "Service"), operated by J90. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Who may use the Service
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials confidential. Notify us right away if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
3. Health and fitness disclaimer
J90 provides general fitness, nutrition, and habit coaching content. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it does not replace care from a licensed healthcare provider. Consult a qualified professional before starting any exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have an existing medical condition, are pregnant, or are taking medication. You participate at your own risk and are responsible for stopping any activity that causes pain or discomfort.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you submit — messages, photos, workout logs, food logs, check-in answers, and similar data. You grant J90 a limited license to store, process, and display that content for the purpose of operating the Service and delivering coaching to you. Do not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or that belongs to someone else without permission.
5. Connected services
You may choose to connect third-party services (for example, a wearable device account) to J90. If you do, you authorize J90 to receive data from that service on your behalf, and you remain subject to that provider's own terms and privacy policy. You can disconnect a connected service at any time from your account settings, and we will stop retrieving new data from it.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service. That includes attempting to access other users' data, interfering with or disrupting the Service, reverse engineering it, scraping it, reselling access, or using it to harass anyone. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
7. Subscriptions and payments
Some parts of the Service may require a paid coaching agreement or subscription. Pricing, billing period, and cancellation terms are those disclosed to you at the time of purchase. Unless stated otherwise, payments are non-refundable for periods already served.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as disclaimers and limitation of liability) will survive.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, J90 will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising out of your use of the Service.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
